ICT for new staff

Staff laptop - You will be given a staff laptop from DoE which has all the programs that you will need to use for teaching. 

Google account - Most information and processes are done through your google account (@elcho.org). This will be made for you before you arrive and Marion Hooper will explain how to navigate this:

Google Drive - All staff files and planning

GMail - Some emails

Outlook - Most emails

Google Calendar - All school events

Notices - Daily extras and classes

Printing and photocopying - You will be shown how to work these

iPads and student chromebooks - Each section of the school has some available and these are booked through the Google Calendar.
